Knitted with a cotton blend yarn, these huggalugs leg ruffles are super soft to the touch. They're machine washable and measure about 15" long.
Sizing: On babies, huggalugs leg ruffles will cover the entire leg. On toddlers they'll generally cover the calf and over the knee. As with all Huggalugs, leg ruffles are roomy in diameter for chubbier legs, but stay on comfortably via gentle cuffs at either end.
