Very cute, not overwelming as most super puffy skirts can be- just the right ammount puff lol, these are meant to be worn short like a tutu skirt (tights/stockings and legwarmers look amazing with these skirts)
Each skirt is unique in stain as these are hand-done by request and each batch is made different...but will be very similar to whats shown...
Fits from 3-4 years possible even a bit further just depending on its stretch
