We will ship your goods as soon as possible once we receive your payment...usually same day or next avail postage day.
Bank deposits require time to clear into our account so please be patient when waiting on your order.
Any orders where bank deposit has not been recieved within 5 working days will be removed and returned back into stock unless contact has been made if there is a problem.
Postage is sent at a flat rate of $6.50AU for registered post- if your item is not recieved within 7-10 days from Australia Post, please contact us at Vintage Is Beautiful so we can chase it up at the post office.
We do offer EXPRESS postage as an extra option (see 1st catagory on website for more info) for those orders you require in a hurry.
Returns must be sent back to us here at Vintage Is Beautiful via registered post to ensure we recieve it. All oringal packinging & labels but be intact for full refund/credit or swap. Returns only excepted within 14 days of original purchase date. Refunds issued will take upto 3 working days to process.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange less the shipping charge. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid less postage or an exchange credit as required.
The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in this clause will not apply in the following circumstances: -
- in the event that the product has been used.
- to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
